We’re serious about your well being, every applicant is entitled to take part in our training session as we prepare and train all of our employees before their placement. Here at OnPoint Recruiting Inc. we have developed a unique training package that emphasized the severity of employee protection and understanding of workplace safety.
We’ve outlined some key elements we go over in the hiring process. Every applicant is required to take part in our Health & Safety tutorials where we provide films and short clips that demonstrate WHMIS and GMP importance.
To be considered eligible for any placement, all candidates must watch the WHMIS and GMP films provided by OnPoint Recruiting Inc., and must write a given test that demonstrates all the material featured in the films. All applicants must pass the test by 85% to be considered for any placement.
